Let's talk

Your Finance SWAT team. Built for your next Transition

Numbers nobody checked

No foundation. Just workarounds.

Finance hire stuck in the past

The transition always arrives before the finance function is ready — we make sure yours is the exception.

How we work?

1

Diagnose

Every account reviewed, every variance identified, every root cause mapped -- so nothing is inherited as a problem later.

2

Fix

Root causes addressed, backlogs cleared, and the numbers brought to a state that can actually be relied on.

3

Build

Implemented controls and structured processes -- built to hold under scrutiny and scale with the business.

4

Document

Audit-ready accounting manuals and process narratives -- so the work does not live in someone's head.

5

Support

We hand off a clean, documented function -- or stay on as the ongoing execution layer, depending on what the next phase needs.

Hands-on expertise. Delivered at the speed of AI. Your finance function ready for whatever comes next.

Work we did

Accelerated month-end and intercompany reconciliation process and produced audit-ready backups for Danish multi-market scaleup.

Implemented weekly operational and financial controls needed to track expenses and improve planning for a fast growing local business.

Set up the controls layer between external accounting and internal financial reporting, and provided investor ready financial models for a VC-backed fintech.

Our Promise

Most scaling companies hit a transition moment — a fundraise, expansion into new markets, bringing finance in-house, or an AI agenda — before their finance foundation is ready for it.

The costs are real: decisions made on numbers nobody verified, hires delayed by cleanup that should not have been theirs to do, rounds complicated by structures that were never built. We have seen this pattern from the inside, repeatedly.

Nobotch exists to fix the foundation before that moment arrives — and to make sure it is ready for what comes after.

FAQ

We work with scaling companies at a finance transition moment — a first finance hire joining, a fundraise approaching, finance moving in-house, international expansion starting, or an AI agenda that requires clean data underneath it. The common thread is a finance foundation that no longer matches the stage of the business.
The Foundation Sprint is a fixed fee, agreed before we start. No hourly billing, no variable invoices — if the engagement runs over on our end, we absorb it. Outsourced Execution runs on a flat monthly fee with the same logic: you know what you are paying before the month begins.
The Foundation Sprint delivers a fully documented, cleaned-up finance function — reconciled balance sheet accounts, variance resolution with root cause analysis, an internal control framework, a closing calendar and month-end checklist, and accounting manuals and process narratives. For Outsourced Execution, the ongoing deliverables are month-end close support, account reconciliations, control execution, and accounting manuals and process updates — a consistent execution layer your internal team can rely on.
The Foundation Sprint runs 4–6 weeks, with scope defined before we start. If the engagement runs longer than scoped on our end, we absorb it — the fee does not change.
Nedim has worked inside companies reporting under IFRS and US GAAP, implementing controls under SOX and COSO frameworks, across roles at KPMG, GE, and Too Good To Go. We work with what your business actually requires — not a fixed methodology imposed from outside.
No. Bookkeepers handle daily compliance and transaction recording — that work stays where it is. We operate at the controllership layer: verifying correctness, establishing controls, and ensuring the numbers are documented and reliable. The two functions are complementary.
No. We work within your existing setup — whatever system you are using is fine as a starting point. If a change makes sense later, we can advise on it, but it is never a prerequisite.
Your data is handled with the same confidentiality standards you would expect from any senior finance engagement. We do not train AI models on client data — the AI agents we use are built for execution support, not data collection.
